This week seems awfully long after having done 3 papers in 3 days, and hours spent ATTEMPTING to study in between.

I'm glad to have finally got the core modules out of the way. Very liberating.

(Ok there's still Biz Law next Wednesday.)

And I made a new best friend: Red Bull

Anyway, I've been allocated core modules for Sem 2 already. They don't exactly sound like the most interesting of modules though.

COM202: Information Literary and Interpretation
COM205: Speech and Argumentation
COM208: Fundamentals of Research

Am contemplating taking one of ADM modules on Singapore architecture or another module on Economics, and clear one of my science prescribed-electives.

I hate to think I've to clear 3 science mods. Definitely saving my S/U options on them.

Dinner with Mark, Ahmad and Adam at Hall 11 after COM204 exam last night. The guys were crazy, with talks on teabags, gymnasts, Mexican chili etc.

On the topic of S/U:

Adam: Can I S/U my life...
Ahmad: S/U your face!

Today will be spent bumming around before I start preparing for the silly Biz Law paper again.

Gd luck for your papers Fel!

Another one of my frivolous posts.

J: Am I girly enough?
M: Girly enough for me.
J: Should I be more manly?
M: I might as well date a guy.
J: Should I be more girly then?
M: I might as well date strawberry shortcake.

Down with exam fever

I once had a girl, or should I say, she once had me.
She showed me her room, isn't it good Norwegian wood?

She asked me to stay and she told me to sit anywhere,
So I looked around and I noticed there wasn't a chair.

I sat on a rug, biding my time, drinking her wine,
We talked until two and then she said: "It's time for bed".

She told me she worked in the morning and started to laugh.
I told her I didn't, and crawled off to sleep in the bath.

And when I awoke, I was alone, this bird had flown,
So I lit a fire, isn't it good Norwegian wood.

False joys over. It's back to school for Econs later in the afternoon.

I spent the weekend scrambling to complete the essay for 203 and got up at an unearthly hour of 5am to only BEGIN on my broadcast writing assignment and transcribe (pseudo) interviews.

Tsk!

Thank goodness it's over.

On a side note, Dad's flying off to Portugal tonite. Hope he brings goodies back!
